Terms of Service and EULA

By using the S.W.E.E.T.S.P.O.T. application ("the App"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
1. Description of the service
S.W.E.E.T.S.P.O.T. generates configuration suggestions ("presets") for audio signal chains using artificial intelligence, based on the equipment declared by the user and text descriptions provided by the user.
Nature of the suggestions: the generated presets are indicative and based on artificial intelligence models — they do not constitute a guarantee of sonic result. The user is solely responsible for verifying and practically applying the settings.
2. Account and Guest mode
You can register with email/password or a Google account, or use Guest mode with limited functionality. The Guest account does not guarantee data persistence beyond what is specified in-app.
3. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not decompile the App, use it for unlawful purposes, access other users' data without authorization, or resell access to the App.
4. User-generated content
You remain the owner of the information you enter. You grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service. Presets may be shared with the community only if you explicitly enable this option.
5. Generation credits and purchases
The App provides a limited number of free generations, renewable periodically or via advertisements. Any purchases/subscriptions are handled through Apple/Google's billing systems and are subject to their terms. We do not offer direct refunds for credits already consumed, except as provided by applicable refund policies.
6. Advertising
The App may show advertisements via Google AdMob. Watching an ad may unlock additional generation credits, according to the rules shown in-app.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of the generated suggestions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fabio Gaigher will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including the purchase of musical hardware based on its suggestions.
9. Changes to the service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the App at any time.
10. Termination
We may suspend your access in case of violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Competent court: Rome, except as otherwise provided for consumer protection.
