SweetSpot account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
How to request it
Two ways, your choice:
- in the app: Settings → Information → "Request account deletion";
- or by emailing info@sweetspotapp.it from the address you registered with, with the subject "Account deletion".
What is deleted
- your account (email, nickname, username);
- your rig, saved presets and favorites;
- your profile photo, if you set one;
- unlocked trophies;
- any reports of incorrect hardware controls you submitted.
What may be retained
Hardware edit requests and any custom hardware submissions you sent remain in the app's shared catalog (they are contributions that have already become part of the catalog used by everyone), but are no longer linked to your account once it is deleted. The same applies to marketplace link click data, to preset share/save events, to any technical save errors, and to generation-service telemetry (model used, tokens, costs): all of these are kept in anonymized form. If you redeemed a Premium code, the code stays recorded as already used, with no further link to your account.
Timeline
We process requests within 30 days.
